how to restore deleted file??

Sadly, I don't think there is a way to restore a deleted file.

But is there no way to recover the files? Like some program that can restore the moved/deleted profiles?

To answer your inquiry, that is highly possible since many antivirus software programs automatically delete suspicious files during security scans. Although these antivirus tools let you restore deleted files, they’ll most likely delete the file again during subsequent scans.

If you permanently deleted the world (from recycle bin) sadly is not possible to restore it
(there are some third party programs that allows you to restore permanently deleted file, but usually restored files are corrupted)
