    I forgot my password to my microsoft account


    Hello,

    I forgot my password to my main microsoft account so I tried to do the forgotten password option and the recovery adresse was an addresse i've never seen that seems like it doesn't exist. It was 26*****@kxcvoid.store the only other option was get a code by your authentification app which i don't know what it is and don't think i have. I have access to the adresse whith which the microsoft account should be linked but nothing else and i also don't think i put in my real name inside that account so i'm not sure of all the informations about it.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue. If you no longer have access to one of them, you may need to recover or update your security information by adding a new verification method.

    To recover and add a new one, you can follow the steps outlined on this link:

    Please note that updating your security proofs triggers a 30-day waiting period. During this time, you won't be able to reset your password. Once the new alternate security information is fully added and the waiting period ends, you'll then be able to verify your identity and reset your account password.
