if you haven't yet, please check the following.

Go to the My Games & Apps section on the console, select the Game and press the menu (three lines) button and select the Manage option. When there please check if the DLC is showing (and if it is installed). If it's not installed then select the install option to get it installed.

Also keep in mind that DLC may not always be immediately available within the game, but may need to be acquired in the game first, by finding it or other. I do not know if that is the case for this game though.

Well... is there any chance that Left 4 Dead 2 might get remastered in the near future? It's still a beloved game and lots of other players on xbox still play even without the dlcs. If Microsoft ever made a remastered version for xbox one/series x/s I would be more than happy to by one.

Even with bc, there are still a few games I'd like a remastered version of too. Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout NV and Skyrim.... Unfortunately I'm 99% sure non of them will be remastered.
