    For the past hour ive been trying to get in contact with an employee. online states that microsoft has a 24/7, 7 days a week customer support. but they say there is currently no support available. on top of this i have tried calling the customer support number and only get a bot that refers me to the microsoft Bing page(not helpful).

    My issue.. i am trying to log into xbox game pass, after logging it it tells me that microsoft has send an email to verify due to sensitive information. sadly i am not receiving these emails. i have checked my spam box, my 'ruling', everything. nothing seems to help.

    I would love a way to contact someone to help me with this login. or an answer to why i am not receiving these login codes.

    So again I’ve been scammed using Microsoft official store and no one is willing to help no phone number a virtual assistance that send you in circles and ends with we don’t accept calls for this type of issues

    Actually, when a refund is denied, you can appeal the decision by replying to the email Microsoft sent you.

    If you’re not able to reply, or you didn’t receive the email, I suggest you submit this refund form.

    Furthermore, it is important to mention some conditions about the refund eligibility:

    “Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

    Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

    I’ve done that it’s been 72 hour and nothing no reply’s no refund over the phone would be so much easier but you refuse to let customers contact a real person

    Stop allowing scam games to be sold on the store seriously you cannot turn left in a driving game how does this get through testing
