    Account got Hacked


    Another one of my Microsoft accounts was hacked. The email address and password were changed. I do know the current email address of the account, but even using the account recovery form, I can't get anywhere. The Microsoft chat isn't working, and when I call by phone, I only get the AI, which can't help me.

    You will recieve your money back but you weren't hacked. You were phished or socially engineered. I would call your bank and have them decline those charges.

    Unfortunately you can not reset your stats back to 0. Only thing you can do is if you know the person. Is block communications with them and file a complaint.
