Forza Horizon 5 freezes and crashes right after leaving the Festival

You shared that you have done some troubleshooting steps but none of them worked.

Have you tried installing an older NVIDIA drivers? There are lots of users who are experiencing issues with the latest drivers. Try the version 566.36 or 572.16 of their drivers and see if you will experience the same issue.

for me I can’t even get to the festival, crashes right when I press A to Start, crashes in like 5 seconds when it starts loading

Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.
