I was wrongfully banned by the MicroSOFT enforcement team.

I had not played for about a week and when I came back I was banned. About a month ago I had a ton of charges on my account that my bank flagged as fraud and not even Xbox. So I’m thinking my account was hacked and whoever hacked me had got me banned. I have had charges on my account since that I did not purchase, I am the only one that has this account other than some of my buddies on their Xbox for when I go over there but they said they didn’t play on it. I have appealed my ban and they denied it. It is not at all fair that I have never had a strike before and boom it’s a 5 strike, 15 day ban. It doesn’t even tell me why I was banned and customer service won’t tell me either

No No No no. what I'm saying is that if you were wrongfully console banned (A Mistake by Enforcement Team or Microsoft or Whoever) and the console ban is irreversible then they should owe you (The Console Ban victim) a shiny new xbox 360.

If your appeal was denied then there's nothing else that can be done.

You shouldn't have your account on your friends consoles in the first place.If others have accessed your account at any point then that's a bannable offence.

I'm aware of that, that's why I said I think it's unfair that you lose all the stuff you purchased along with the account. Do you not agree that when an enforcement member says that your account should be unbanned that it should be unbanned? Also if I get
banned from the forums for this I'll just move onto Twitter because people have to know about how faulty the enforcement team is and how to get by with a new account without rebuying your stuff. This forum is only to help people that have been wrongfully banned
and to expose Microsoft for having a faulty enforcement team.

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

The enforcement team does not operate in the forums so posting this isn't going to help get these people banned.
