Why can't I create a new account?

    Why can't I create a new account?


    I tried to create a new account on xbox series x, using Safari and using Chrome. When I type in the email address on Xbox, it immediately boots me back to the sign-in screen. When I type the email address into the Microsoft sign-in screen in Chrome and hit create, it immediately changes my screen to the coding language for a web page. When I enter the email into Microsoft sign-in screen in Safari, it just grays the screen and endlessly loops the dots from left to right.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please clear cache and cookies because a corrupt cached data can interfere with sign-up. For Chrome, open Chrome settings. Go to Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data. Select Cookies and Cached Images and clear them.

    And for Safari, please open Settings > Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

    Restart Safari and try again.

    And then disable browser extensions temporarily and see if the account creation page works because there are extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools, can interfere with website scripts.

    Next is to use Incognito or Private browsing mode. To do this, open an incognito window in Chrome or Safari and attempt to create the account again.

    Then try a different network. If your current network is flagged or restricted, Microsoft may prevent account creation, please switch to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi connection and create the new account once again.

    If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly create the account from another device, such as a PC or mobile phone.

    Why am I getting the “your Microsoft account is already in use with another account connected with PlayStation network”.

    Do I have to create a new MS account to play multiplayer Minecraft? I only have one MS account and one PSN ID. Why can't I link them together? Why do I have to create new accounts for this one specific purpose? Does that mean I would have to change accounts back again every time I want to play something else besides Minecraft? That is terrible design.

    Somebody has changed my LIVE accounts email and password.

    That's the problem here. The guy swapped hes email to my account and created a new blank account (this one) where he put my details... i don't know for real, but this is what ive come up to in my head... And this is why i can't get the account back with
    the security questions or phone number... I can't get it why they just can not switch the details back to mine if i can tell them nearly everything of the account and when it was created or the credit card details that i have on the account. Damn this is frustrating...

    Really confused need help

    Creating another account to get around a suspension on your main account is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

    I believe the enforcement team have now put in place "methods" to prevent this which is why your new account can't communicate either.
