    Hello my name is Zack and I was wondering if I can reach out to Xbox support to see if there's something wrong with my Xbox because there is internet in my house and everything is connected my phone's connect and my parents' phones are connected and the TV downstairs is connected to the internet and my Xbox will not connect to it but it plays YouTube and I'm pretty sure it will play a game but it's saying that I am offline and I can't see if any of my friends are online I can't even join my friend so if you guys could reach out to me that would be greatly appreciated

    unless it has changed you have to wait a full year to change it i advice you to be more carefull next time but contact xbox support they will assist you

    According to the forum sticky,
    forums.xbox.com/.../442533.aspx     since you just changed your region, you'll have to wait 90 days to change it again. I am not sure if xbox phone support will be of any help to you in this regard but you can certainly try.
