Discus and support I refunded a game on Microsoft store And haven't Received My Money in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I Refunded Minecraft Java And Bedrock Edition ( the £24.99 Version) and when I check the Microsoft refund status it say its been refunded but the money...     I refunded a game on Microsoft store And haven't Received My Money


    I Refunded Minecraft Java And Bedrock Edition ( the £24.99 Version) and when I check the Microsoft refund status it say its been refunded but the money hasn't gone to my debit card as the money isn't on the Microsoft balance and I would like to cancel the refund if available but the company didn't send me an email to confirm that I have put in a refund request I now will never be buying a game off a Microsoft I want to try as now I know the awful customer service couldn't do a 30 second job of refunding my money and now Easter is over there are no excuses to be not refunding my money and if the refund is refused to be transferred over I will take legal action for fraud

    No. If you originally paid via a debit card then once the refund is approved it can then take your bank 3-5 business days before it would actually reflect the refund. Ultimately it's up to your bank how long that takes though.

    Refunds are never instant (unless you originally paid via Microsoft account balance). They always (like with most things) take several days.

    How long ago did you request the refund as it usually take 3-5 business days for the money to appear in the funding source
