my account got hacked and i cant get back to it

ive recently got into minecrafgt and some person in a server told me to join his discord server so when i joined the server it asked for my gmail and so i gave it then it asked for an otp and i gave it thinking it was for the verification but it was for my microsoft and then he got in but i wasnt informed of it then me and my family had to go for vacation cause its summber break and when i got home i tried to play minecraft and asked me to login when i tried to login into minecraft it says the account dosnt exist so i tried to get in but i cant cause the guy deleted my gmail from it but know i cant even make a new microsoft account so i really just need help and hopefuly someone can help me with this

Please can you follow the steps in the image underneath to select the right option to request a call back from a Microsoft agent.

Please request a call back during their opening hours in your region. This is displayed on the main page when you follow the contact us link. Please explain everything to the agent over the phone and they will be able to tell you what options are available for you for you.

Please be aware that the Microsoft account team are the only folk who can reset your password. So, the Microsoft agent, if possible, will need to submit information to the account team for them to review.

Well that is the problem 1 i cant because i just spent 60$ on a year membership before i got suspended. 2 i had just got my account back from getting hacked. 3 it is suspended
