Microsoft account hacked with all the details changed.

My Microsoft account along with my Minecraft account got hacked. The hacker changed all the details of my accounts such as the email address, password, date of birth, phone number and username. I have contacted Microsoft before but they said I "lacked" information to recover the account and that I have no way of proving that the account is mine. All I have is a billing receipt to prove that its my Minecraft account. What should I do?.

Hello again, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

No unfortunately, if you have already tried to recover and it was unsuccessful I’m afraid not you can keep trying though mcmfa is ran by an asian domain it botted your email so it can be sold on the market if you know the password you can try to get in there is a lot of Minecraft account hi jackings right now

its Not only that did you visit any fake websites or sql injected websites, did you have 2 factor? It’s rare to get hacked out of the blue like that you had to of been phished
