Help I cannot get past this stage I have done very step possible

Is there anything after completing offline mode past getting the stages to 100%? I have done this on the Heroes side and every stage, even the 3 bonus stages are now at 100%. But nothing special happened. Does anyone know am I missing anything? Or even is
there a way to reset this to start over at 0% for all the stages?

Side note, logging into the online portion of Heroes and Heralds will get you a Bonus Card each day, only once per day.

I only get this error when i try to play on the maps, my disc itself works and i have done the steps in the giude, but as soon as i get on any stage the game displays the error message.

I can't get past the sign in stage. It freezes right there Four attempts have produced the same result.

I cannot use my voice chat on activision mw2.

I have contacted activision support but they are not being very helpful.

To the point where I am getting copy and pasted replies from them.

This has been going on for over a month now and I don't know where else to turn.

It's a long shot but I was hoping someone from Microsoft may be able to step in and help.

I've done all these steps and now I cannot reconnect to Live to re-download my profile,it's being very temperamental.
