Hacked account / changed email

Discus and support Hacked account / changed email in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; recently my microsoft accounts got hacked and after i reached support via microsoft website they confirmed ownership and confirmed that i got hacked...     Hacked account / changed email


    recently my microsoft accounts got hacked and after i reached support via microsoft website they confirmed ownership and confirmed that i got hacked but they refused to changed the email (because the hacker changed the account email) and on top of that they suspended my account permanently (multi trillion dollar company btw)

    I tried using the 'account recovery form' however it asks for the email of the account but since it was hacked and the email was changed I dont know the email.

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

    Sorry, there's no one on this forum that is able to assist with hacked accounts. You would need to exclusively speak with Xbox Support and ask them to file an unauthorized use request ticket. You can reach out to phone support
