cannot load minecraft it is suspended and i cannot unsuspend it from resource monitor

runtime broker keeps pausing minecraft meaning it can never load and I try restarting the app only for runtime broker to pause it. i go to resource monitor and I cannot resume it from there I don't know what to do as all other online solutions arent working.

Hello L-S10, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please first make sure that your PC has no pending updates. If there are any then run them. After that restart the PC and try again.

If you still have trouble then try removing all mods that you may have active and then load the game. If it loads then slowly add one mod at a time to find out which one may be blocking the game.

This has been happening to me as well, though I was suspended for 15 days and I finally get unsuspended but cannot connect to Xbox live, via other thread.

Also, your account cannot be unsuspended, once it is suspended, it's gone. (If permanent.)

When I open the Task Manager and then the Resource Monitor, it shows Minesweeper in a "suspended" status, and will not let me un-suspend it....

While your account is under investigation, the codes cannot be redeemed on that account. You could start a new account and redeem it on that. Once your account is locked & suspended for potential fraud, there is no way to get around anything until it's unlocked
and unsuspended.
