Costco gift card won’t redeem

You may also contact the retailer where you made your purchase to request a replacement code.

Make sure that you provide as much info as possible, including your proof of purchase, the code, and your error.

Are you still having this problem? I just got an EA access code from costco and it's giving me the same error.. 1 min before I successfully redeemed an xbox $25 gift card from costco, but it doesn't like the Costco EA access one. I've tried it on both my
console and logging into web site with my account.

I bought 2 $100 xbox gift cards from Costco online. I recieved them in my email a short while later. Microsoft is saying they are already redeemed. Since my information is connected to Noth my costco and Microsoft account is there a way to track who fraudently redeemed these codes? My email was un opened and I opened it as soon as I got it. How does this get fixed? Costco says 1 to 3 days, but what I'm trying to get is on sale now. It seems Microsoft should be able to track where and when it was redeemed. Or am I just screwed out of $180 by some Costco or Microsoft employee?

Jeff, were you able to find out who redeemed your codes? I'm having the same issue with my Xbox e-cards that I purchased from them on 12/12!

If you redeem a Microsoft or Xbox gift card in a country that doesn’t match the country associated with your billing account, you won’t be able to use those funds.

When you purchase an Xbox gift card, make sure that the currency you use matches the currency associated with the recipient’s billing account. Otherwise, the recipient will be unable to redeem the gift card.
