    Why won’t it allow my friends to join my Minecraft world when I put resource packs?


    I recently bought 3 texture packs for the sole purpose of playing with my friends. I spent around $20 and for some reason every time I put in any of the texture packs it won’t allow my friends to join it will kick them out once they are in or it won’t allow them to join at all. We all play on Xbox Series X so (Bedrock) and I did buy the packs from the Minecraft store. Also I had the setting that requires all of them to download them enabled and I also put the texture packs in the right order to ensure the packs would work properly and not conflict one another. I will list the texture packs here (Actions & stuff 1.3) (Realism VFX 1.1 Add-on) (Health Bars 1.1 Add-on)

    resource packs not loading

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble loading resource packs on Minecraft. This can be frustrating when you want to play with your friends. To better assist you, I would like to ask you a few questions:



    - Have you tried downloading the resource packs separately before joining your friend's world?

    - Are you able to load other worlds that have resource packs on them?

    - Are you using the latest version of Minecraft and the resource packs?

    - Is your main device an Xbox console or Windows PC?

    Once we receive your answers to the questions above, we may suggest additional troubleshooting measures.

    I had a similar issue, and it seems three things helped resolve it:

    First, my friend was too far away from their WiFi access point. After he moved from his own room to the living room (where the WiFi router was) we could connect.

    Another time, I had a corrupt resource pack installed. I had to go to the settings, and reinstall all resource and add on packs I had.

    After that, I was able to connect.

    And thirdly, when I played with two of my friends, it made a difference in which order we connected.

    When the two were already playing, I was unable to join their world.

    When I connected to friend A first, and then friend B joined, it worked.

    How can I change my child's (MS Family) permissions to allow them to add friends in Minecraft (Win10 PC version - Not Java)?

    I have activated all these settings and my child’s profile still cannot add friends on minecraft. I can join his world but he cannot join my world. He shows 1 friend on the friends tab but it doesn’t show any joinable friends or my world inside the friends
    tab. I have even changed all settings to allow everything (defeats the purpose) and I still cannot add friends on his account. Please help!!!!!!
