So my account was recently compromised, all Xbox home switches used up.

Okay so if I switch my console to the home Xbox, I’ll have access to all the packs I used to have, including the ones bought on my moms account?

If so once the packs are done installing or something, if I switch the console back does that all disappear?

A couple days ago, 2 apps installed on my XBOX:

UFO.Transfer (which had some chinese writing on the thumbnail)

File Downloader

I have uninstalled the apps but I don’t know if anything is still on there and I have home xbox enabled with my friend so it installs all his games on my xbox but he wouldn’t install something like this

Sorry that you are facing these issues but unfortunately, If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and need assistance plus the additional one, you will need to wait till you are eligible for another switch again.

Alright so i gameshare with my friends which are in the same household as i am. I set my xbox as home console on his account to play games however the next day it removed itself randomly as home console and i had to waste a switch in doing this. It did this again and again until i used up all my switches. After awhile i got a additional switch from xhox assist and the next day it randomly removed itself again. What is happening and can i possibly get one more switch ?

Have you asked your friend if he had tried setting a different friends Xbox as their home console? If so, doing so would remove your Xbox as their home console.

have all 5 switches been used on your youngest's Xbox?

or has it only been 2 or 3 switches?

if it is all 5 then there is some other problem that needs to be addressed.

has the youngest accidentally removed the setting thinking that he needs to set it every time he plays?

if it is less than 5 then someone else has made the switches.

get your eldest to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security/ and check sign in activity to see if someone else has his log in details and
is using the Home switches.

if someone else is using the switches your eldest needs to go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution
and follow the guide to protect his account
