    To who it may concern I have been getting charged $17 every month for Roblox. I know nothing about this and I see that it’s been going on for a few months now. I would like a refund on all the months that I’ve been charged for this. Thank you so much. I hope you could help me as I’m going through a hardship and this is the last thing I would get is a $17 membership Best regards.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
