    Minecraft MOBILE app won't let me sign out.


    Basically, My friend got the minecraft app after a while, and they cannot sign in due to an error. There is this popup to sign in, and their microsoft account that they have no access to anymore is there.. Can someone help? they have tried restarting the app, and if they delete the app, it will charge them yet again. the popup is also about verifying their email, and it is for an email that they do not have access to. Due to privacy details, i cannot say the email. But can someone please help?

    try to uninstall your application and install again after a few minutes, if the problem persists close the application and reopen it to load normally

    I have the same problem and I've tried to re-download it multiple times. Mine started when a made another account and signed into it. I signed out and now I'm stuck at the login screen. I'm on an iPhone 6. Everywhere I look I'm told to sign into xbox.com
    and follow some instructions to fix the problems with my account. I can't find any instructions. It's been 2-3 months since this issue started.

    Try checking if your app is up to date. If it is, I would try deleting and re-installing the application.
