    My Xbox will not launch games or download anything despite being connected to the internet


    My Xbox will not download anything or launch games. This issue has started 24 hours ago, I've done multiple factory resets. Restarted my router multiple times. Even gone out and bought a new Xbox series S to see if that was the issue.

    All other devices work fine in the house with WiFi, I connected my Xbox directly and still hasn't worked, I managed to download a game using this method but still won't launch it etc.

    As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating especially has Xbox support has been zero help in this matter, I've tried every trouble shooting issue out there. It's worked fine for years and all of a sudden has just stopped working overnight, someone please help!

    XBOX LIVE NOT WORKING

    Connected to internet fine.

    Able to buy a game or download stuff- just the xbox live subscription never went on account kept on prompting to buy again... despite it being on their records as I had one- just never actually got it merged or added to my profile.

    Did you manage to fix the connectivity issue? My Series X constantly drops connection to xbox live/internet despite an ethernet cable being used.

    I'm having the same issues, no Video after update, no pics/thumbnails on anything. Despite being connected to live Netflix is giving me a "Internet Connection Problem" a reply from MS to this thread would be great!

    I can't use my xbox app and open the games from xbox app on my pc.

    The download and the synchronization upon launching the games could be due to an internet fluctuation during the installation or download that caused the file to be corrupted.

    Kindly try to connect your Windows PC device to a wired internet connection.

    Then try to launch or download the games from Xbox app to see if it works.
