    First of all, to send this message, I had to create another new account.



    Well, what happens is that when I log into my Microsoft account, I get an error, specifically this one: 0x80048820. I checked if the password and email are correct, and they are. Before, it also said that the account didn't exist, but I have CURRENT photos that show it does exist. Maybe I was hacked or something similar. That account is very valuable to me. I've tried contacting technical support, but it's a total problem.

    If you can't properly sign into Xbox LIVE with that account, you won't be able to access any account management menu options. So the first order of business will be to get your password reset. Try the steps on the following page.

    I created this account couple months ago. i didnt have internet connection then so i counldnt use it on my xbox.

    Now i do have internet acces because i ordered wlan adapter. I tried acces with my avatar in xbox live but I cant because i have this account... And all my points were in my xbox avatar. So now that i know i cant delete it i just made new account
