I signed into my Microsoft account for Minecraft after changing my profile picture in xbox...

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you changed your profile picture but it has not yet updated on your Minecraft. If you just recently changed your picture from Xbox App, please allow at least 24 hours for your picture to update across all Xbox and Microsoft servers.

You may also try to completely sign out from your Minecraft to try to expedite the process then sign back in to resync your profile.

Hi, I've been clicking around a bit and found a strange issue. The account it seems ive migrated to isn't the one that shows up normally, instead it seems to have made and migrated to a microsoft account with the exact same login details as my main one with my gamertag and etc, but without either, its named after my minecraft display name (vrittion) instead of my gamertag, and has a picture of a boombox instead of the profile picture I've chosen. Is there a way to merge these accounts somehow? It seems to have instead of merging my minecraft account to my microsoft, made a new one altogether. Password changes effect this account as well.

I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).

Jake, let's try this:

Sign out from your Microsoft account on the Xbox mobile app

Then select a default gamer pic via Xbox profile page:

After that, disable all your privacy settings here:
https://account.xbox.com/Settings

Wait couple minutes and then sign in again and enable everything.

Finally sign in again with your Microsoft account on the Xbox app and try changing your gamer pic to a custom on

All my privacy settings are disabled. I have been able to successfully change my profile picture using Xbox App before.

Still did what you said. No success.
