Microsoft edge not launching on Xbox series X after putting in Microsoft account correctly.

Please make sure that your Xbox is connected to a stable internet connection. You can test the network connection in Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection.

And then update console software. Ensure that your Xbox Series X is running the latest system update. Go to Settings > System > Updates > Check for Updates.

Next is to sign In via another device. Kindly sign into your Microsoft account on another device (like a PC or smartphone) to make sure that the account credentials are correct and working.

Please try logging in first to your account on the Xbox Series X console then log in with the child account. Try launching the game after that and see if it works. If it works and the game has launched successfully, try logging in to your account on the Xbox Series S console.

Xbox has put the backwards compatibility program on hold until after the launch of the Series X (at least that's my theory) there is more that goes into making a game backwards compatible, too though.

Try some of these solutions:

Clear browser cache: Go to the Settings menu in Microsoft Edge and select "Privacy & Security". From there, choose "Clear Browsing Data" and make sure you select the option to clear the cache. This may help resolve any caching issues that could be causing the tab refresh issue.

Disable extensions: If you have extensions installed on Microsoft Edge, try temporarily disabling them to see if they are causing the issue. Go to the Extensions menu in Edge and disable all extensions. Restart the browser and check if the problem persists.

Update Microsoft Edge: Make sure your Microsoft Edge browser is up to date. Sometimes Xbox system updates also include updates for Microsoft Edge. To update your console, go to the Settings menu, select "System" and "Updates" and check for available updates.

Restart your Xbox: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts. Turn off the Xbox Series X completely, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Microsoft Edge and see if the tab refresh issue still occurs.

We really appreciate everyone's response to streaming F1TV on Microsoft Edge for Xbox Series X|S. As previously asked, based on the answer we have here, there is an issue specifically on the F1TV website, on Microsoft Edge, and on the device: Xbox Series X|S.

Isolating the issue based on your responses:

• Try other streaming sites if the issue persists on Microsoft Edge for Xbox console; we got a response that other streaming sites work fine.
  
• Try the same page (F1TV) on a different device: We got two responses that this page works fine on a different device.
  
• Use InPrivate Window: We received a response that still persists.
  
• The problem exists only this year; we received a reply that confirms it.
  

We may need to consider any updates that occur before the issue starts. If there is no Microsoft Edge or Xbox Series X|S update that can cause the issue, then this issue should also be reported to F1TV Support.

As we pass this along to the correct team who will further investigate this issue, we would ask everyone to take these two steps.

First, take a screenshot of the page in Microsoft Edge that displays the error message with the website visible.

Second, install the Xbox Report a Problem app from Microsoft Store on Xbox Series X|S and send feedback to Team Xbox. Kindly attach the screenshots you have taken beforehand and submit feedback to the team.
