    Can't find my game in my library after redeeming a code.


    Redeemed a code of minecraft Legends (by prime gaming) and didn't work, it's not on my library, when I start up the minecraft launcher, I can only buy, instead of play, I tried again, and says This code has already been redeemed.

    Go to my library.

    it should be there to download again.

    hello i had the same issue but on the opposite end i redeemed a code on the microsoft store on pc and cant play it on xbox
    If you have redeemed the code under the same account you will find it at your games library
