Xbox controller have crash when I connected Bluetooth

Please update Bluetooth drivers. To do this, open Device Manager (press Windows Key + X and select "Device Manager"). Expand the "Bluetooth" section, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Update driver."

Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."

And then reinstall Bluetooth drivers. In Device Manager, right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device." Restart your PC, and Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Next is to update Xbox controller firmware by connecting your controller via USB. Open the Xbox Accessories app (available in the Microsoft Store) and check for firmware updates for your controller.

Then disable Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) because there are some PCs have issues with BLE. Check your Bluetooth adapter's settings in Device Manager and disable BLE if possible.

After that is to disable memory integrity. Open Windows Security (search for it in the Start menu). Go to Device Security > Core Isolation > Memory Integrity.

Turn off Memory Integrity and restart your PC.

it's not latency or connection issues, it's buttons/sticks not working in some games when connecting the xbox controller with bluetooth

halo infinite / forza horizon 3,4,5 work with no issues over bluetooth. mirror's edge, the first one, doesn't. but i dont have this issue with ds4windows or 8bitdo bluetooth connections.

so i believe the xbox controller bluetooth drivers could be improved on windows. a lot.

I believe that model 1537 is the first gen of Xbox One controllers, it does not have Bluetooth connectivity. When connecting to the Xbox it uses 2.4ghz to connect.

The Bluetooth capable controllers are from model 1708 (released 2016) onwards.

That doesnt make any sense. Why would you design a bluetooth protocol on your own OS that didnt auto connect?

It should auto connect. My controller does.

The only time my Xbox One controller won't auto connect is when I've connected it to my gaming PC via USB to charge the battery. After this I have to re-sync the controller. But I only have to do this for the duration of the battery charge. My controller
auto syncs first time from Windows boot up.

The issue is that the controller has two wireless protocols. It does not use Bluetooth with the wireless gaming receiver, or when connected to an Xbox console.

If your controller won't auto connect then there must be something wrong with your Bluetooth hardware on your PC. Have you tried a Bluetooth dongle to test this out?

the controller supports bluetooth connection to pc and mobile devices but does not support audio over bluetooth in any way shape or form (does support audio passthrough when wired to pc)

the headset should work though when the controller is wirelessly connected to the xbox one.

have you resynced the controller to the xbox one.
