How to reset family settings to default

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to reset your family settings to default. To do that, you will have to remove the members from your family group.

Sign in with your account on the console.

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Family settings > Manage family members.

Enter a password or passkey to authorize the change.

Select the account you want to remove, then select Remove

Go into the family settings under the settings hub and choose the reset to default settings option.

Did you buy the Console used? It may have had family settings on there

If it is used please call support to reset the family settings pass code this resets the console to factory default

I did, then they told me to come to this website, which I did and signed up for but now am just stuck here. Called again and they gave me the same URL to visit...which is here.
