    Minecraft bedrock doesn't let me sign in on PlayStation 4.


    Minecraft Bedrock for the playstation doesn't let me log on with a Microsoft account

    Recently I have returned to Minecraft after 3 years because of this issue for the PS4 it logged me out since and when I tried to log back in it gives me the Error message that says "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected."

    I've tried making another account, erasing the data and all different methods but nothing has worked!

    I've read that once you have an account linked that you cant unlink it but I don't know.

    Please help me fix this issue or help me get in contact with Microsoft because I don't know how to find their support email or how to directly contact them.

    On what system are you playing Minecraft?

    Sony pushed an update for Minecraft on Playstation 4 to update it to the "Bedrock" version, allowing Playstation 4 players to play with Xbox One, PC, Mobile and Switch users now.

    Make sure you also have Version 1.14 of your Minecraft installed, and that you are playing on Xbox One, Switch, Playstation 4, Windows 10 or Android/iOS.

    Minecraft on Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS, and other "older" console versions can't play with others on the "Bedrock" version.

    I don't have an Xbox. I specifically said I have a playstation, I am not quite sure how they can help. Everywhere on the page it says that I need to check my Xbox console and I do not have one..
