Xbox elite controller 2 won’t vibrate

So I noticed when a Buddy came over I have a newer elite series 2 controller that dosent vibrate in anything but the accessories app and iv looked at everything and dont see a issue cause my other elite 2 controller was working fine it would vibrate in the game but not my new one and same issue on pc old one vibrated but not the new one found out it was broke on my console tho so it’s not the console or the pc cause other controller vibrates on both it’s up to date on all firmware so I’m kinda just lost cause this controller I bought at Christmas so should be fine

asmith1902, if as indicated the controller does not have the function of vibrating even connecting it in multiple ports and both on console and PC, I am afraid that it is already a mechanical issue, coupled with the fact that it indicates that it is updated with the latest firmware.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings.

- Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.

- Choose the controller you want to change and select Configure.

For an Elite or Elite Series 2, select the configuration profile you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.

For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.

Your Xbox Series X/S controller should still work normally on Xbox One console.

Make sure to change your vibration settings.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings.

If you have multiple controllers, choose the controller that you want to change and select Configure.
For an Elite Series 2 controller, select the configuration profile that you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.
