Why does my Xbox series S not let me login?

Whenever I turn on my Xbox it doesn’t allow me to login. The account is on the Xbox, I can see it and when I’m not on it and I try to open a game it asks me if I want to erase the quick launch. The data and everything is still there. I have read other answers to this question and nothing seems to work. It isn’t a security issue, I’m able to login to my account on other devices with ease. Another thing that happens is that when I try to remove my account and put it back on my xbox it works, but then it tells me to put in a new password, endlessly. The only thing that seems to work is a full reset and putting my account back on my Xbox. But that only works temporarily. Is this something to do with software or is this a hardware issue? Should I send it to fix physically or is there something I can do with the Xbox? If so, how?

Please change your password before you try signing in to your Xbox.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> Change my password.

Kindly try to sign in after changing your password.

If incase it won't work, please turn on your two-step verification by going to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn on.

When it is fully on, please test it out and sign in to the Xbox.

If it will still not work, kindly turn off your Xbox. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug in all the cables back and then turn on your Xbox.

Let us turn off your two-step verification first before signing in.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn Off.

Once done, kindly try to sign in to your account.

Yes, i own the discs. They were for xbox 1

I can't figure out why I can no longer play them on my xbox series s.

It will not let me play any of them unless I resubscribe to game pass.

So, if it doesn't recognize them as being owned, does that mean that I can no longer play them on the xbox series s console?

Does it mean that I have to repurchase all of them as a digital download?

The only difference between a regular Xbox Series S console and an Xbox Series S Starter Bundle is that the Xbox Series S Starter Bundle includes also 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate, while the regular Xbox Series S does not.

series x has disc drive and the series s does not

smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.

Ok so basicaly i stream directly from my xbox to twitch and currently us a kinect for a webcam, now im wondering as the new xbox series s/x dont support kinect if there is anyway yo link up a webcam of sorts for this does the xbox support this? Please let
me know! (I didnt know what to list this under for category)

The Xbox One does support webcams, so it wouldn't surprise me if the Series X/S might too.
