    Dance Central Spotlight game stuck


    I encountered an issue while playing Dance Central Spotlight on Xbox One. The game starts running a few seconds after opening, but then freezes. It is speculated that it may be stuck in the synchronous archiving stage. Why is it stuck in synchronization? Because when the network is disconnected, you can enter the game or log in with another account to enter normally. The problem is that the gameplay and synchronization of other games are normal, only Dance Central Spotlight has issues. In other words, only my account cannot play this game. If you log in to the game with another account first and then switch to my account, the game will immediately freeze. I have tried reinstalling, restarting, changing DNS, accelerator, and even restoring the host to factory settings. It's useless.

    Based on your observation it is your account that can't play the game, kindly change the password of your account here: https://account.microsoft.com>; Security> Change my password.

    And then update your security information by going to https://account.microsoft.com>; Security> Advanced Security Options.

    After that is to perform a power cycle on the Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then restarting.

    Once Xbox has restarted, kindly launch your game and make sure to sign in the account who owned the game for it to work smoothly.

    Upgraded from XB1 that came bundled with AC Unity and Black Flag, to the new XB1S. Games are not on my profile

    They should be, but they're not. What's hilarious is the stupid Dance Central Spotlight redeemable code stuck with my account, but the other 2 Assassin's Creed game codes that came with the bundle did not stay. What the heck is going on?

    Some games work, others crash instantly

    Try playing while your console is offline. It worked for me (at least for Dance Central Spotlight).
