Why can't my teammates hear me?

I understand that you are experiencing issues being heard with the game Apex Legends.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please clear alternate MAC address. To do this, go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address. Select Clear and restart your console.

And then update controller firmware by connecting your controller via USB to your Xbox. Go to Settings > Devices & Accessories, select your controller, and check for firmware updates.

Since this only happens to Apex Legends, it is possible that this is a game-specific issue.

Next thing to do is to uninstall and reinstall the game to make sure all files are intact and up to date. And this will delete the corrupted files from the game too.

why can't opposing players hold still while I'm shooting at them?
