    Blue snowball mic not showing in sound settings


    I have looked at another forum with a similar issue tried all the steps but its still not working, I will list the steps I tried below~
    -Press Windows key + X -Go to Settings -Click Update and Security -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter. -Look for Speech and run the troubleshooter. Once done proceed with these steps. -Press Windows key + X -Go to Device Manager -Expand the Sound and Video Game Controller -Look for Audio driver that was installed -Right click and Update -Look for "Browse my computer for driver -Let me pick drivers available drivers -Choose an old driver and use it. -Go to Control Panel -In Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop down menu. -Select Sound. -Select the Recording tab -Right click the Microphone and click Enable. -Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device. -Right click Microphone and click Properties. -Click the Levels tab, then drag the volume slider towards the largest value. -Click OK -Click Advance Tab -Uncheck the box to "Allow application to take exclusive control on this device.

    is the blue snowball mic able to use on xbox 1s with no computer or adapters

    The blue snowball mic is only a USB mic, and as such can only be used on a PC or mac.

    you plug inn your mic like usual into the computer then get an aux cable into the headphone slot and get an adapter fro 3.5 to 2.5 or vice verse i forget got to record devices properties and listen then there you go you can use it for your xbox :) hope it

    You can only use official Xbox branded accessories with your XBOX 360. Using other unlicensed 3rd party equipment may void your warranty and can even result in a console ban. There are plenty of good licensed accesories out there, as using a blu snowball
    mic wouldn't work due to the fact that it has to plug into the controller to work, the plugs are different sizes, and blu is not supported by Xbox.
