After Clean Windows Installation my minecraft account and game i bought was gone

As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you purchased the game. If you purchased it from Microsoft store, you may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Games that was purchased on Microsoft account are bound to the account, this means that it cannot be deleted even intentionally.

If you don't see Minecraft in your purchase history, this means that you used a different Microsoft account when you initially purchased the game.

If you are certain that you purchased the game in the correct Xbox account but it's not showing, I recommend that you submit a ticket directly to Minecraft support so you can be guided by Minecraft specialists to verify your account ownership. I see i gone through order history and i see that i do own both windows 10 and xbox one minecraft yet when i install it from my owned games on my computer it says i have to buy the game straight after it's installed.

... To add to the above. To eliminate that it was not a local issue on my windows 10 machine, I completely formatted the machine and did a clean install of windows 10 on another machine I had sitting around. After installed windows 10, doing all the updates,
and then trying to connect to minecraft through my xbox live account I received the exact same error message. This should eliminate that this is an issue locally on my computer and points more toward an issue with xbox live account perhaps?
Microsoft ... going to need your help.

I have bought minecraft v1.2.11 windows pc edition but cannot unlock it on another home device I own . After downloading, installing it when I try to unlock full game it give the above error code and says "Looks like you already own this" "Go to my games
or my library on your home device to download it. "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent"

Same here. Redeemed paid version of Minecraft Windows 10 edition from Xbox one. Now pushed to a new device that is recognized on MS account, and it appears to be installed, but after hitting "play", the "full game" will not unlock.

I tried clean install windows 10, I can play Microsoft's Flight Simulator. I think my PC used windows 10 Insider Program. I not use insider Program after clean install.
