Mcdonalds code redeemed but not showing up in Minecraft.

Hi, I have bought a mcdonalds 2,500 point minecraft deal that gets me a whole bunch of skins. I have redeemed the code on Minecraft.net/mcdonalds but it hasn't shown up in my account?

Just wondering if there is any specific way to get skins?

I also accidentally bought it twice & have redeemed both codes but still nothing in my account.

Unless maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for the items in minecraft bedrock?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your Minecraft McDonald's skins. Can you please confirm which skins did you redeem? Please try to check if your skins are listed in this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they are listed in there, please try to sign out your Microsoft account from Minecraft then sign back in. Then go to Marketplace > My Library / My Content > Skins.

If you redeemed Fry Helmet, please go to Dressing Room > Character Creator > Style > Headwear.
