    I purchased in game content and was charged twice for it, upon requesting a refund it was instantly denied because “Refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used.”. How can I get refunded for the second charge as that item is now locked due to being denied?

    Speak too xbox customer services and explain too them that you have been charged twice for the purchase of one item and request a refund of them for one of the payments and they should be able too guide you through the process.
