    Problem with installation.


    I tried to get minecraft on my new pc when I had Java version downloaded on my old one and when I went to download it on the website it said already owned because I already owned it but when I launched it showed an error code and said I needed to purchase minecraft or renew a subscription but I already have it.

    Im getting the same problem as well. Trying to install NBA 2k12 but it stays at the white circle. Other games I've installed on this system never gave me any trouble (last one I did was about two weeks ago).

    Truly this is the first time I've ever heard of this happening, especially when trying on multiple consoles. Have you tried using another disc (if possible)?

    i tried that and still got nothing, and i tried downloading it onto another hard drive on another console and that didn't work either
