I'm having trouble recovering my old Xbox account that I used play on my 350 and Xbox one. I

Yeahi was connected the whole time, I later played the game again and earned another achievement meaning I now have 350 total on the game, however when viewing the game in my game library I can now only see that one achievement although its states 26/60
achievements and 350/1250 gamerscore. I'm now attempting to recover my gamer tag onto my hard drive (I usually use a MU tho I've removed that from the console). I do have a couple of photos if that may help. Thanks for the reply.

Hello ! So basically I have the same problem and I’m trying to recover my old account and the number in my old account is wrong so basically I pressed the button (I don’t have any of these) and I tried to answer all the questions, but my device is blocked and I cannot login into my old account, but the problem that my email with this old account is working but say there is no option that I can recover my password from the mail that I’m using it on my old account so yeah basically I want to recover my old account but I cannot because the number there I s wrong and I really need to recover my account and again my email which is the old account. Like I’m trying to recover my old Microsoft account on my email, but there is no recover button or like a reset the password from the mail

Recover the account? Sorry I don’t quite follow. My old console is no longer my home Xbox, new new one is. Also the Microsoft account is mine and the same one has been used on both consoles.

i broke my Old xbox and i owned gta4 and red dead redemtion off of the marketplace . My neighbor also had an xbox. I practically lived over their and i recovered my xbox live gamertag ( it is not this one )and downloaded my old games. I then around 6 months later , i get suprised with a MW3 Xbox 360. I download my old games and my old gamertag. And i just recentlly remembered he had my old downloadable games on his xbox. And he still plays them and so do i. He moved and i can't get ahold of him.
If he has my old games and so do i , how do i make it so i am the ONLY ONE who can play those games, Will i get in trouble? because i forgot and i dont wont him to have those games

If the console is froze try to reset the console and then delete your friends profile ( make sure to delete profile only) then try clearing system cache. If you are not sure how to do that see the link below. Then try to download your friends profile again.
