    I AM FRUSTRATED WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT!


    Back in february, my main microsoft account got hacked and the primary alias was changed. I have tried everything possible through account recovery online yet none have worked. Microsoft does not have a support option if the account was changed. I have a plethora of proof to prove that I am the rightful owner of the account. I have tried everything, recovery online, chat with a staff and have even tried calling NUMEROUS times yet have just been told by a ROBOT to go online and fix my problem there. PLEASE PLEASE help as the account is super important to me and I cannot afford to lose it.

    Dude, I was a cop, don't try to tell me what they do and don't do. You are wrong. And, FYI, I have solved crimes INSTANTLY and have returned property INSTANTLY. I've been to domestics and made arrests on the spot. I have caught and arrested shop lifters
    within minutes of the store calling AND returned the shop lifted items the same day.

    YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

    I HAVE SOLVED CRIMES AND CAUGHT CRIMINALS, HAVE YOU?

    you don't seem to understand

    if and WHEN escalations department has anything they will write notes for the phone support

    phone support cannot give you anything that they do not have

    thats a seperate department nor can they give out a number for the escalations department which is a very very small department



    you have to relieze that there is over 30million xbox live users and counting

    depending on caseload this can take time

    have you ever filed a police report and get any result the next day ?

    no you can;t because the police department has other cases in the hundreds in any major city and then its very few officers

    (btw check your history books it wasn't einstien it was ben franklin who has 2 centuries over einstien)

    And, once again NG, I WAS NOT PHISHED. So all of the steps you are talking about related to phishers do NOT have to be done on my case. Console ID, IP addresses, Console shipping database, and purchase history. That is all that needs to be done to confirm
    my account was hacked. What they do AFTER they restore my account is up to them, but they do NOT need to freeze my account to do ANY of the things you are talking about. All of that stuff is HISTORY. You run a DB querry for specific dates and anything that
    would be generated after my account was reinstated would not show up or have to be sifted through.

    Again how do you tell the difference between a theft and someone just changing their IP address themselves which is pretty straight forward if you know how to press an on/off switch or can find a suitable program on the interweb.
