    I have tried to call any and every support contact there is on xbox’s website. Seeing my childhood account with years of games and expenses on it vanish in no time hurt. I cannot see why or what is going on it just says my console has been banned. Can i appeal? can i speak with a normal human being and not a robot? is there any chance i am getting the console ban lifted or is it a lost cause and i will just never know.

From what I know, device suspensions on Xbox (including Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Windows devices) can either be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the violation. However, if the suspension is permanent, I understand this might be unexpected, but unfortunately, permanent suspensions are rarely overturned, and appeals are typically not successful.

    unusual activity on your account

    I can not log into my migrated Mojang account. A code is not sent to my email address when I attempt to login after receiving a message which states that unusual activity was detected on my account.
    it appears that the security code was sent in a spanish email (I'm in the US) and went directly to spam. Nice work Microsoft!
