Thats the thing I can't remeber the information for any of the questions.

You will likely have to call up support. They have to unlock your account by asking you things about it so they can access it, but they can at least try to get it. No one here has access to your account since we are just mostly volunteers.

You will need to be able to at least answer the security question to access your old account information. The reason these safeguards are in place is to protect XBOX Live users from being compromised or personal information being acquired for fraudulant
activities.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. It is not possible to transfer any content from one account to another. You may be able to try logging into the game with the main account to see if you can grant access to your other but that's the best you can do.

That's what I don't understand because the main account has Xbox live and that allows the three secondary accounts to have access to live. So we all have live. But only when the main account is logged in. I can't access any games that have been purchased by the main account unless the main account is logged in.

I've checked the Home settings and it is checked. But unless that main account is actively logged in, we can't use anything. I'm thoroughly confused.
