There's an issue that is causing a delay with the badge being added but they are working on getting them out as soon as they can.

Plus the fact that there's a lot of people all signed up for the badge as well is also causing a backlog.

You'll get it eventually but it may take another week or more.

That’s the Xbox ambassador badge and it indicates your Xbox ambassador level. The badge was changed to this not long ago.

You can turn this badge on/off in your profile settings. If you turn this off, it won’t appear on your profile.

Did you click the 'claim loot' button with these options? And how long ago did you do this? It can take up to 24-48 hours to show up in most cases.

And if you checked the Enforcement badges, those from what I understand, do not appear on your gamertag here in the forums.

How long-ago where you accepted into the program? Also, the badge is added to your account for you, also so you can get access to the Private Ambassador Forums. When you go to the Ambassabank does it allow you to take chats and see your Profile?
