I’m sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue. Have you also tried selecting the “Remove Everything” option when resetting your console?

Additionally, for troubleshooting, you can try using a Mobile Hotspot:

Connect your mobile phone to a data network.

Turn on the Hotspot feature.

Connect your Xbox to the Hotspot.

Run a Network Connection Test on your Xbox to see if the issue persists.

If it still does not work, the issue might be on the console itself, and it may need to get a repair or replacement. I recommend registering your console to explore repair options. However, I don't think Xbox One can still be sent for a repair.

To get started, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-de... to check if it is still possible. Select Register new device using the 12-digit serial number located at the back, and then follow the instructions. Once registered, you’ll be able to view your device’s warranty status:

- If it’s under warranty, repairs are free.

I am having the same problem.. its not an issue with the account. I tried on several Xbox 360's with different XBL accounts. It is a problem on your guy's end. It gets stuck at the security screen with the spinning wheel. The next button and check box
are grayed out, Then the error 80072741 pops up. I can log in fine on Xbox One.. no issues. Please check sign issues with 360.

Nothing. Held it down for a good 2 minutes but I'm still stuck on the spinning grey wheel.

My Xbox isn't frizen but it's stuck at the home screen and has the spinning wheels on both sides. I can move around but no programs will start or anything.
