How to fix my closed account?

If you had a minor account you needed to have a parent authorize it

There is no way to get it back.

Just as a suggestion, we see people every day who don't read their email and then lose things, read your email at least once a week.

Hi I accidently closed my Microsoft account trying to set up a cod account on call of duty ghosts how can I re open it? I can provide my information as it was before I closed it how can I fix this?

Aww why would you want to delete your xbox live account ?

Well heres how to do it:

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.

2. Select Storage.

3. Select All Devices.

4. Select Gamer Profiles.

5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

5. Select Delete.

6. Select one of the following:

-Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

-Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

There isn't a way to permanently delete an account from existence on the Xbox LIVE service. The closest thing you will get to cutting all ties with the account is by either closing the Microsoft Accout that you are using with it now or by transferring the
gamertag to a newly created temporary Microsoft Account, and then closing the Microsoft Account once the transfer has taken place.



In order to achieve this, you would need to follow through with the below guide

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

Once you have done that, you can close the Microsoft Account via :

• Logging into www.outlook.com
• Click your name in the top right hand corner and select 'account settings'
• Select 'security and passwords' on the left hand side.
• Click 'close my account'.

This will cut all ties with you and the account which is almost as effective as closing your account. Please be sure to remove any payment details before you follow through with this process and note, that this will not only prevent you from using this account
on Xbox.com but also on any console or other Xbox LIVE service.

Bastion's process just removes the profile from the XBOX360 console. If you want to cancel the subscription, then go to
http://xbox.com, sign in there, then go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:0:1
and click on Request A Call. That's faster than calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX Option 1.



Replace the red US with your country code (e.g., CA for Canada) if you're not in the US.
