How can i refund a digital gift?

Let me explain myself. I bought a game as a gift for a friend, but I didn't read the terms because I assumed it would work the same as on other PC platforms. The problem is that I purchased it from different region than my friend's account, and he can't redeem the game due to regional restrictions. As far as I understand, my only option is to request a refund. However, I can't find the game in the list of options available for a refund or find any other way to do it.

i think you can't get a reufund for that sorry :S, but you can also try to get it, try calling xbox support of your country, they usually have their number on their twitter profile
