    Hi, currently trying to upload a personal photo as my profile picture. How long is this going to take to be approved. I get the pop up saying it's been uploaded but still to be verified?

    Currently you can't upload personal photo on your Xbox, and use it at a profile picture.

    I'm sorry we have no way of knowing or contacting the people who do that

    It's the weekend so that may introduce additional delays if they don't work the weekend or volume issues

    Hello, I went through a rough time getting my customer gamer picture to work as well at first. First, make sure the picture is the right size. I found a great app to resize a photo that is free and simple, just download Polarr on your phone or PC. Also
    I found that trying to upload a photo from my xbox to be near impossible. If you download the xbox app and upload your photo that way it should work. Also, unfortunately xbox is not currently accepting new custom photos due to high volume during the covid-19
    quarantine. Hope this helps!
