xbox perma ban

hello, for the past month I've had difficulties with Microsoft and especially Xbox after a long day i got a notification that my Microsoft account has been locked and after a few days i unlocked it and figured out that my old password and email were leaked so they were a bunch of unsuccessful amount of sign ins and after I've cleared my account changed the password again and making sure it wasn't being spread around i logged on to my Xbox to find the delightful message of me being banned from Xbox live and I've never had been banned so i was confused i checked the enforcement page and found out i was perma banned on Xbox and eligible for an appeal so i detailed what happened and i got a short mail talking about some refunding purchases(something i didn't do) and so they denied my appeal and afterward I've tried contacting Xbox support for days and they told me nothing can be done they cant even talk with them including a manager from Xbox support and now I'm stuck with an account perma banned for no eligible reason that i had opened since the 360 days which I'm so sad about do any of you guys know how i can move forward with this
