Minecraft isnt sending me the code i need to log in

Its not there, the cd key says redeemed, minecraft cant find the redemption under the log in and we dont know if it has something to do with Microsoft family, but it isnt there....someone needs to dial in and find it or send me a new code

1. , I can't sign into my account through this link: account.microsoft.com - It still gives me an option to send a single-use code. It really does send it to me, I type the code, click on log in, and it comes back to me again (to account.microsoft.com site)
   
2. I have purchased Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC Base Game but only play Java and on PC
   
3. I dont actually kw, I can play Minecraft through rmal Minecraft Launcher, but it's possible that if I log out, I won't be able to log in again (I'm logged in automatically w, as soon as I reinstall Minecraft or change PCs, for example, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to log in)
   
4. There is a screenshot of the bug(?). I click on the green "Sign in with Microsoft", and thing happens, all it does is change the url, as you can see in the screenshot.

Yes, it's the same account I'm posting with here. When I try to log in from the link you gave me it says I need to unblock my account. I never got the CODE they were supposed to send me neither...
