I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your cape. Can you please try to check if your cape is listed in your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the cape is listed, please open Minecraft Bedrock and try to sign out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Go to Dressing Room > Capes. After activating the cape in Bedrock, if you play in Java Edition please try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if it will now show in your Java capes.

If the cape will still not show up in both Bedrock and Java, please try to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help you with your cape. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

as the purchaser you would also need to think about if it was a in game-purchase or if you bought it from the Microsoft store. Otherwise chucky23456789 would
