I have lost my account linked to my PlayStation

This issue arises because a Microsoft account is already linked to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

To set your expectations properly, once a Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account, it cannot be linked to a different one even if the account is unlinked.

And in your case that you forgot the account, there is a need for you to regain access to the account first to be able to sign into your Playstation.

Thank you for the reply. Does that mean that if my Microsoft account is linked to a PlayStation account it will appear on this page?

There's nothing there anyway, which I think confirms that my Microsoft account is not linked to a PlayStation account.
